88% Chilli Mash (purified water, double-fermented sugar-cane vinegar, green jalapeño, Bird’s Eye chilli), natural cane sugar, mineral salt, garlic granules (contains sulphur dioxide) and garlic powder, preservative (sodium benzoate E211), xanthan gum, colour: natural red chilli resin.
