In some mixes (“Ginger & Garlic Paste” etc.) there’s also ginger and extra oil and water.
Sulphites are present (due to sodium metabisulphite) — could trigger reactions in people sensitive to sulphites.
May contain traces of soya, mustard, and cereals containing gluten in some batches/variants (cross-contamination possible) according to the labelling.
