Description: A hot and spicy oil-based vegetable pickle made with mixed vegetables such as carrot, cabbage, cauliflower, green beans and onion in a spicy chilli and mustard infused oil.
Ingredients: Vegetables (60%) – carrot, cabbage, cauliflower, green beans & onion (in variable proportions); vegetable oil (sunflower seed) with TBHQ (E319); irradiated spices (chilli, mustard, turmeric); birds eye chilli; salt; vinegar; preservatives sodium benzoate (E211) and potassium sorbate (E202); acidity regulator E330; firming agent E509
Allergy / Caution Advice: Contains mustard and spices; not suitable for anyone with a mustard allergy. Very hot/spicy – handle accordingly. After opening refrigerate and ensure contents remain submerged in oil.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened keep refrigerated, ensure the vegetables remain covered by the oil, and use within one month.
